1. Free trial
The easyKNOW free trial provides 30 days of full access to our internal knowledge management platform at no cost. No credit card or payment information is required to start. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused until you choose to subscribe.
2. Account & data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any data you enter (policies, internal documentation, categories, and team-related content you choose to store) remains your property. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use easyKNOW only for lawful internal knowledge and documentation purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to send unsolicited communications to employees or external parties.
4. Service availability
We strive to keep easyKNOW available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.
5. Limitation of liability
easyKNOW is provided "as is" during the free trial and otherwise as described in your subscription agreement. Digifront shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
